1. Overview

Lucrate Results is a digital marketing agency offering services including but not limited to:

• SAAS Services [GoHighlevel, Click Funnels] (custom platforms, automation tools)
• Social Media Management & Marketing (organic content, paid advertising)
• Graphic Design (brand kits, social media posts, digital assets)
• Website Design & Development (landing pages, full websites)
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO audits, on-page & off-page optimization)
• Email Marketing (campaign creation, automation, segmentation)

These terms apply to all clients engaging with Lucrate Results, regardless of project type or service tier.

2. Service Engagement

• Services commence only after a mutual agreement is reached, typically through a signed proposal, email confirmation, or digital contract.
• Clients must provide required assets (e.g., brand content, passwords, access to platforms) to enable smooth execution.
• Lucrate Results reserves the right to decline services beyond our capabilities or that do not align with our core offerings.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients agree to provide timely feedback, content, and approvals to avoid unnecessary delays.
• Failure to respond or provide assets within a reasonable timeframe may extend project timelines.
• Clients are responsible for reviewing and ensuring accuracy of all information submitted for use.

4. Intellectual Property

• All materials, graphics, code, and campaigns created by Lucrate Results remain our intellectual property until final handover.
• Upon project completion and full delivery, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client.
• We retain the right to feature completed work in our portfolio or marketing material unless otherwise requested in writing.

5. Revisions and Approvals

• Each service includes a limited number of revision rounds, as outlined in the project scope.
• Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be billed separately.
• Final deliverables are deemed approved if no feedback is received within 5 business days of delivery.

6. Timelines and Delivery

• All timelines are estimates and depend on project complexity and client responsiveness.
• Lucrate Results will not be held liable for delays caused by third-party tools or external factors beyond our control.
• Early delivery may be possible for an additional fee, based on team availability.

7. Use of Third-Party Tools

• Some services may involve tools/platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, WordPress, or Shopify.
• Clients are responsible for managing their accounts unless specific access is granted to us.
• Lucrate Results is not liable for changes, downtime, or limitations introduced by these third-party services.

8. Confidentiality

• We respect your privacy. All client data, strategies, and proprietary information will be kept strictly confidential.
• We do not share or sell any client information with external parties without written consent.
• Confidentiality remains in effect even after the conclusion of our business relationship.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate services with written notice.
• Upon termination, all completed work to date will be delivered to the client.
• Any unpaid invoices must be settled within 10 business days of termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Lucrate Results shall not be held responsible for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities due to the use of our services.
• Marketing performance is affected by various factors. While we follow best practices, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., rankings, leads, conversions).

11. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Changes will be reflected on this page and take effect immediately.
• Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically for updates.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Lucrate Results is legally registered.
